KRT Academy — Refund Policy
At KRT Academy, we understand that plans can change. The following policy applies to all Term Academy programs, holiday clinics, and one-on-one sessions.
Standard Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session or program start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session or program start time will receive store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit can be used toward any future KRT Academy session, clinic, or program.

Term Academy Programs
For the 6-week Term Academy, the 48-hour rule applies to each individual session, not the term as a whole. If you need to cancel a specific week, the same refund/credit timeline applies based on that session's date.

Cancellations by KRT Academy
If a session, clinic, or program is cancelled by KRT Academy (e.g. due to weather, coach availability, or other unforeseen circumstances), affected participants will receive a full refund regardless of timing.
